Jon and Lynn Black were a part of ECC in the early 1990's, up until 2006, when Jon took a call to serve as Lead Pastor of Countryside Covenant Church in McPherson, Kansas in 2006. In 2008, several members of their church got together to address the shortage of affordable housing in their community.
