Kate Cogswell joined the ECC staff in 2016, and she currently serves as the Director of Spiritual Formation and Women’s Ministries. Kate and Todd have been married for over 30 years, and they have two adult daughters, two sons-in-law, and two granddaughters. She has a Christian Spiritual Formation Certificate from the Apprentice Experience (Friends University) and a Spiritual Direction Certificate from Sustainable Faith. Kate enjoys curling up with a good book, creative endeavors, deep conversations (especially about apprenticeship with Jesus), Good Earth Sweet and Spicy decaf tea, traveling (anytime and anywhere; bonus if there is a beach!), and spending quality time gathering with family and friends.
